Ten Trends and Phrases That I Just Don't Understand

Hey Friends!! What's up?
Today I am going to share a list of things that our society deems as "cool" but I just can't understand. These are the top ten things that make me cringe the most.

1. Lit. I don't get why a slang word needs to be shortened any more! Why? Just Why?
2. Dabbing. Don't even get me started on this one. Who came up with this anyways?
3. Fam: People started saying this at my school recently and I don't understand. I am not your family. Why do you call me fam? WE AREN'T EVEN RELATED!
4. The whole "Whip" and "Nay Nay" song/dance. No. Just No.
5. Planking. All I can say is that after a while, this is bound to get tiring. Am I right?
6. GIGANTIC Winged Eyeliner. #walklikeanegyptianforrealthough

7. Man Buns. Not a good look. On anyone. Ever.
8. Shift Dresses. I'm kind of back and forth on this one. I look absolutely awful in shapeless clothing but I do think that there are a select few people that can pull it off.
9. Music.ly: Just trust me when I say that you will regret it when you are older. What goes on the internet, stays on the internet.
10. Saying hello after seeing something cool over, and over, and over... Stop. Just Stop.

Comments? I'd love to hear what drives you bonkers. Leave me a message down below :)

I have found that these are best served when frozen. Some Recent Thinkings: Friends

I am a firm believer in fate. I'm constantly amazed at how perfectly things seem to work out, even if it seems disastrous in the moment. I also think that people come in and out of our lives for a reason and there is a reason why they come, and a reason why they leave. I have been doing some reminiscing lately and it has got me thinking about why I am who I am. I stumbled on a couple of old Facebook messenger conversations for a couple of years ago with a few girls that I am no longer close friends with. Now, I'm not saying that I am totally heartbroken that these people have left my life, I just find it interesting how someone who I used to share all my secrets with has become so distant, almost like a stranger.           After reading these conversations I also read through a couple of more recent conversations with some of my very best friends. It got me thinking how lucky I am to have such wonderful people in my life. ...
